I am STILL learning so much, and I add this to the notes:
It is terrifying and devastating to not be able to trust your own brain and decisions, to not know if what you are going through and feel true completely with all you have, then find out later it was a result of a manic/depressive episode. The same with memory, i.e. to be told something you absolutely KNOW you weren’t told, and find out that you actually were.
