Damn it.

I was just telling Peter this eve that I haven’t had any insomnia issues since starting all my medication – almost year ago(?) (it had just occurred to me as I started picking up on manic queues this evening).

I even fell asleep 30 minutes before my “bedtime “ I’ve been forcing on myself lately (11).

But here I am, wide awake 2 hours later, brain and skin all electric.

Oi.
